* fix: Pass basic auth credentials to RenderTask via env vars

Previously the controller tried to pass credentials as CLI args with
literal $username/$password strings, which didn't expand to the actual
environment variables. Now injects REGISTRY_USERNAME and REGISTRY_PASSWORD
directly via SecretKeyRef, and the CLI reads from these env vars as
a fallback when CLI flags aren't provided.

* refactor: Simplify ENV Var fallback for credentials
