Add PMTL logo and standardize /pmtl route (#836)

Add new PMTL landing asset and register it in landing data, and normalize PMTL route/link to lowercase. Files changed: added src/assets/landing/pmtl_logo.png; updated src/bento/landingPageData.js to import the logo and add a Pediatric Molecular Target Lists entry linking to /pmtl; updated src/bento/globalHeaderData.js and src/components/Layout/LayoutView.js to use the lowercase /pmtl path. This ensures consistent routing and displays the new PMTL resource on the landing page.
