chore: Make the `fast` PR stats printing explicit.

- Changed the `print pr stats` command to be more explicit
`print fast pr stats`
- Removed mode and slow as separate variables. `isFull` is now the
single source of truth
- Dropped --mode, --fast, --slow flag parsing (they were undocumented
overrides that contradicted the stated semantics)
- --team and getTeamRepos now take isFull directly as the slow parameter
