fix(tui): fix panel widths and default focus per screen

Use lipgloss v2 border-box Width() correctly: pass the full allocated
column width so panels tile edge-to-edge with no trailing gap.

- Home screen: leftWidth/middleWidth/rightWidth passed to Width()
- Collection screen: leftW/rightW passed to Width()
- Collection screen: data (records) panel focused by default
- Home screen: collections panel remains default focus
