fix: serialize Organization tribe hierarchy to JSON-safe maps

Raw Tribe/Squad/Worker/Ability structs are not Jason-encodable.
When an organization had tribes, Jason.encode! would raise
Protocol.UndefinedError causing a 500 instead of a valid response.

Added recursive serialization for the full hierarchy:
  Organization → Tribe → Squad → Worker → Ability

Added regression tests:
- serializes full tribe hierarchy as JSON-safe maps
- Jason.encode! succeeds with tribes present
