fix: update SENTRY_TRACES_RATE in .env.example and correct import path in next-env.d.ts

Adjusted the SENTRY_TRACES_RATE from 1 to 0.1 in the .env.example file for better performance sampling. Also corrected the import path for routes types in next-env.d.ts to reflect the updated directory structure.
