* Add Coveralls to the pull request workflow as well

* Enable coverage with jest + migrate tests to `npm test-coverage` for CI

* Fix npm command (`npm test-coverage` -> `npm run test-coverage`)

* Remove whitespace to remove `build-deploy.yml` as a changed file
