docs: add comprehensive documentation and update examples

Add extensive README with features overview, installation guide, and usage
examples.
- Document hierarchical inheritance, merge strategies, and validation features.
- Add package-level doc.go files for all major packages.
- Create runnable examples for builder, collectors, config operations, and
  inheritance.
- Update Build() and BuildMutable() to accept context.Context parameter
  for linter.
