IN-1613 DSpace connection secrets

Why these changes are being introduced:
* The Config class needs to support DSpace connection details as a secret value

How this addresses that need:
* Update verify_dspace_connection CLI command with submission-system option and Submission.get_dspace_client call as well as updating corresponding CLI tests
* Add Config attributes for DSpace connection secrets and update corresponding fixtures and tests
* Remove previous DSpace connection attributes from Config class
* Update dspace_credentials property for new connection secret attributes
* Extract duplicate credential JSON strings into variables in config.py and conftest.py
* Add unit tests for both DSpace6 and DSpace8 connection verification
* Update DSpaceAuthenticationError message
* Update README.md
