Refactor analyzer footer layout and styles (#827)

Wrap cohort controls and TableView in a new rightSideAnalyzerFooter container and adjust layout/styling. Moved the TableView into the footer section, added rightSideAnalyzerFooter styles (width, border, radius, overflow), changed rightSideAnalyzer height to '100%', added overflowX hidden, replaced fixed width/height on rightSideTableContainer with minHeight: 500 and reduced borderTop thickness. Minor inline layout tweak (paddingRight) for the cohort controls.
