Remove reference to 'bundle' attribute on DSpace8Item

Why these changes are being introduced:
* The Item class from 'dspace-rest-client' does not have a 'bundle' attribute.
Though it was convenient to attach 'bundle' to the Item instance, it
does not align with the client's definition of an Item.

How this addresses that need:
* Update Submission's methods for creating and updating items for DSpace 8
to return the Bundle object
