Fix SEO contradictions: noindex rendered, canonicals, OG tags, no /page/ in sitemap

- Remove pagination URLs (/page/N/, /tags/*/page/N/, /year/page/N/) from sitemap
  to align with noindex directives on those pages
- Add <meta name="robots" content="noindex, follow"> rendering in base.njk
  (noindex variable was computed but never output to HTML)
- Add canonical link tags to base.njk and all paginated templates
- Add rel="prev"/rel="next" pagination link tags on index, tag, archive templates
- Add Open Graph and Twitter Card meta tags to base.njk
- Add og_type, og_title, og_description, og_url, twitter_* blocks to post.njk
