fix: Fixed security checks, removed proxy debug

- Loosened a security check preventing `/dev`, which also prevented
  `/dev/fd/*` -- required for Bash process substitution. Now `/dev/fd`
  is permitted, but not `/dev`.

- Fixed URL handling to strip trailing slashes before joining path parts.

- Removed proxy logic debugging.
