fix: 32-bit compile overflow and release workflow cleanup (#74)

- Replace math.MaxInt64 with math.MaxInt in YAxisValueFormatter sentinel
to fix overflow on 32-bit targets (linux/arm/v6)
- Remove .release-notes.md generation step that caused dirty-tree
failures in GoReleaser; mode: keep-existing handles notes already
- Add 32-bit cross-compile CI check to catch similar issues early
