feat: add AKSMachineAPI + Batch as additional test configuration

Add batch creation as a new test configuration alongside the existing
non-batch Machine API and AKSScriptless configs. This exercises the
batch grouper → coordinator → GET poller path through the same shared
test suites.

New contexts added to:
- suite_features_test.go: shared feature tests
- suite_offerings_test.go: creation failure / zone / error / unavailable
- suite_integration_test.go: ManageExisting true/false variants
- suite_aksmachineapi_drift_test.go: drift + DriftAction tests
