refactor: rename pollerOptions to fallbackAKSMachinePollerOptions

Per review comment: "pollerOptions" is easily confused with the standard SDK
poller. Renamed to "fallbackAKSMachinePollerOptions" to clarify this is the
GET-based AKS machine poller used as a fallback when the SDK poller is nil
(batch code path). Also fixes minor whitespace alignment in poller_test.go.
