* docs: replace static architecture PNG with React component diagram

Replace the hand-drawn architecture PNG with a Tailwind-styled React
component registered as a Markdoc tag. The new diagram is responsive,
supports dark mode, and can be maintained as code.

* docs: fix typo - use US English spelling of visualize
