UI cleanup for person and list card layouts

This commit applies a focused set of frontend UI refinements in gedbrowserng-frontend to improve visual consistency, typography, spacing, and responsive behavior across person/detail views and list-style card sections.

Highlights:
- Card title/subtitle alignment updates in person, source, note, and submitter pages.
- List toolbar typography tuning via shared classes:
  - list-toolbar-title increased and bolded
  - attribute-label tuned and kept bold
- Toolbar title normalization in family-related sections (e.g. Parents and Siblings) to match Spouses and Children.
- Link color behavior changed to inherit surrounding theme/text context instead of default link blue, including toolbar contexts.
- Icon button sizing standardization:
  - hidden action icon buttons in attribute lists and child rows normalized to compact 16x16 with zero padding/margins
  - toolbar icon buttons in attribute-list, multimedia-gallery, and child-list toolbars tuned to compact 18x18 where appropriate
  - MDC icon-button state-layer/touch-target overrides added where needed to remove excess surrounding click area for compact controls.
- Section border visibility improvements for:
  - attribute-list
  - multimedia-gallery
  - spouses and children
  - parents and siblings
  using theme-aware outline color fallback logic.
- Person page family section layout refinements for responsive behavior, including improved side-by-side handling on wider viewports.
- Spacing adjustments across card content groups and family section rows to improve readability.

Notes:
- Commit intentionally excludes unrelated changes outside the frontend UI cleanup scope.
- Current frontend lint state is clean after these changes.
