- Update the PromQL query to use `increase` over the current
  dashboard range for more accurate representation.
- Clean up unused configuration options.

* refactor: improve Grafana dashboard visualization

- Refine **Upstream API Latency** panel for specific path metrics.
- Update **Upstream API Call Status Codes** to a bar chart with matrix
  transformation for clearer status distribution.
- Adjust global dashboard time range to 24 hours.
- Enhance tooltip settings and visual consistency across panels.
