New Title extraction based on title permutations

This new title extraction method has proved to be more generic and does
not require predefined chars split definitions.
The main concept is to find alternative permutations of the rawTitle
(the one from the title HTML element)  among other elements of the
document such us, h1,h2,.. tags, Facebook and Twitter meta tags.

93 of 93 new or added lines in 4 files covered. (100.0%)
