Don't create db_pytis_crypto objects in Travis CI

The dependency on Pytis crypto is already "satisfied" (worked around) by
'PytisCryptoUnlockCurrentUserPasswords' in wiking_cms.py.  Other pytis
crypto objects are not needed by Wiking CMS so they should not be
present in the database.  Even if they were neded, it would be better to
satisfy this dependency explicitly by inclusion of db_pytis_crypto in
wiking_cms.py rather than relying on separate creation of its DB objects
during database initialization.
