feat: release firmware 4.2.0 with new display modes and render tuning

- bump the firmware version to 4.2.0
- add the rainbow linear band view and reuse brightness-scaled color LUTs
- add BLE support for static color and strobe settings, and tighten history packet handling
- make display refresh event-driven, add perf monitoring buckets, and reduce unnecessary redraws
- refactor the flame effect to a lighter noise-based renderer and stabilize/tune the fluid effect
- clean up debug logging, slow the DVD update cadence, and improve sleep/wake refresh behavior
