Fix PostgreSQL and MySQL table check compatibility

- PostgreSQL: Replace CockroachDB-specific SHOW INDEX with pg_indexes
  query. Use proper PostgreSQL syntax for inline constraints (CONSTRAINT
  name UNIQUE) and CREATE INDEX for non-inline indexes.
- MySQL: Handle 15-column SHOW INDEX output from MySQL 8.0.
- Combine enum tests into single TestEnumPostgreSQL to avoid shared
  backend state issues.
