fix: remove TRAVISCI conditional compilation (#374)

TRAVISCI was a vestige from Travis CI which is no longer used.
InternalsVisibleTo was already in place in AssemblyInfo.cs,
making the #if TRAVISCI workaround redundant.

Closes #374
