fix: skip non-host hits in Censys V3 struct parsing (#1181)

The Censys V3 global search endpoint returns mixed result types
(hosts, web properties, certificates). Non-host hits have no
host_v1.resource.ip, causing a Dry::Struct type constraint error.

- Return nil from V3::Hit.from_dynamic! when ip is absent
- Use filter_map in V3::Result.from_dynamic! to drop nil hits
