Update PHP, deps, JWT adapter and reflection fixes

CI and editor: add PHP 8.4/8.5 to GitHub Actions matrix and set VSCode PHP to 8.5. Dependencies: bump codeigniter4/settings and daycry/jwt, remove michalsn UUID dev reference. JWT adapter: instantiate JWT with config('JWT') to support v2 constructor. Tests/traits: remove unnecessary Reflection::setAccessible(true) calls in trait and test files.
