feat: Android process/spawn support (#310)

* feat: Android process/spawn support

- On Android versions that do not support `posix_spawn` at all, return `ENOSYS` for process spawning API
- Report failure instead of fail to compile on Android versions without `posix_spawn_file_actions_addchdir_np` support
- On Linux versions without `pidfd` support, fallback to worker thread for PID extraction
