Also remove labels, skyImages and screenImages when clearing the scene in a script. (#4781)

core.clear() should set the display to defined "base" settings. Now also scripted additions that may be leftovers from crashed or lazy scripts are removed.
A little caveat is the Nebulae skyImage layer which must be protected from deletion here. If other collections are affected in other scenarios, they can be easily included in the exclusion list later.
