refactor: add pollerOptions, zone helper, and nil instanceType check

- Add pollerOptions field to DefaultAKSMachineProvider with
  DefaultPollerOptions(), InstantPollerOptions(), and SetPollerOptions()
  for configurable GET-based polling
- Refactor reuseExistingMachine zone handling to use
  GetAKSLabelZoneFromAKSMachine() helper instead of inline logic
- Add nil instanceType guard in reuseExistingMachine to surface
  a clear error when the existing machine's VM size is not in the
  list of acceptable instance types
