feat(disruption): Add pod disruption tracking to perf test reporting

Add PodsDisruptedTotal Prometheus counter metric that tracks the number
of pods disrupted during Karpenter disruption actions, labeled by reason
and nodepool. Emit this metric in the disruption queue alongside the
existing NodeClaimsDisruptedTotal metric.

Update the performance test reporting framework to capture baseline
disruption counts at the start of each test phase and compute deltas,
ensuring accurate per-phase disruption attribution. Add PodsDisrupted
field to PerformanceReport and include it in console and JSON output.
