refactor(docs): migrate shared components to @humanspeak/docs-kit (#277)

* refactor(docs): migrate sidebar, social cards, and utilities to docs-kit

- Replace local Sidebar.svelte with shared Sidebar from @humanspeak/docs-kit
- Extract nav sections and love-and-respect links into docsNav.ts
- Delegate social card generation to docs-kit's generateSocialCards
- Use fetchOtherProjects from docs-kit, removing local API endpoint
- Import enhanceCodeBlocks directly from docs-kit, removing re-export wrapper
- Remove unused static SVG assets now provided by docs-kit
- Update docs-kit to 2026.3.12 and bits-ui to 2.16.3
