Commit Message

Add generic error handling.

Previous to this commit, errors that occurred during minification would cause
the build to hang, as workers weren't reporting their status.  Now workers will
report when they encounter an error during minification. It isn't yet as
specific as webpack's uglify plugin, but this is a good start.
