Add coverage and send it to coveralls.io (#3)

We record the test coverage in the comprehensive test out of a couple of
tests since recording for all the tests is not possible in Go (the
coverage would need to be updated between individual command calls).

The coverage is finally sent to coveralls.io to be published.
