Update samplomatic (#39)

* meta: remove executor_preview branch requirement

The feature preview branch of `qiskit-ibm-runtime` was merged into its
`main` development branch, so we should no longer rely on this feature
branch directly. Once a new feature release of `qiskit-ibm-runtime`
comes out, we should use its version number directly rather than
hard-coding the development branch here.

* fix: compatibility with samplomatic>=0.16

As of that version, samplomatic no longer uses two different counters
for the `ref` and `modifier_ref` of the `InjectNoise` annotations. As a
consequence, our unittests were failing due to the hard-coded labels.

* fix: typos exceptions

* docs: update notebook requirements
