* feat: Display Lightning payment history in web clients and CLI (#164)

Thread getLightningPayments through the full stack: LNbits API → Drawbridge
route → DrawbridgeClient → Keymaster → KeymasterClient → Keymaster API →
CLI command and Payments tab in all three web clients.
