Commit Message

Remove commented-out dead code from cloudprovider Create path

Remove the commented-out block referencing ResolveNodePoolFromNodeClaim
and GetHashKubelet functions. This was marked with "TODO: Remove this
after v1" and we are now at v1.7.2. Neither function exists in the
codebase, so this is purely dead commented-out code.
