Add Gotify message push platform support as a new channel.

- Add channels/gotify.go with HTTP client, connection retry and pool
- Add GotifyChannelConfig to config/schema.go
- Register Gotify channel in manager.go
- Add config example in internal/config.example.json
- Update README.md
