* refactor: unify map bounds query key logic

*   Introduce `getBoundsKey` utility to normalize `LatLngBounds` to a
    fixed precision (3 decimal places).
*   Update map-related hooks to use normalized bounds in `queryKey` to
    improve cache hit rates by ignoring minor coordinate fluctuations.
*   Fix `useGeoJSON` by adding `url` to its `queryKey` dependencies.
*   Standardize service-level `bbox` parameter formatting to match the
    3-decimal-place precision used for keys.

* Update src/hooks/useGpsRoutes.ts
