Add Zap sub-tab with recipient autocomplete, amount, memo fields and
Publish/Unpublish toggle button to Lightning UI in react-wallet,
chrome-extension, and gatekeeper client.

* fix: Pass through Drawbridge error messages instead of generic 404

The DrawbridgeClient was catching all 404 responses and replacing the
actual error message with "Server does not support Lightning". This hid
useful messages like "Recipient DID has no Lightning service endpoint".
