Change the ttp uuid lookup to use parsettp (#599)

Currently, we were trying to get the ttp UID from the yaml by parsing the yaml, but in some cases this might fail because yamls can be invalid but the ttp can be valid. To counter this, we are going to be using the parseTTP function instead.
