* feat: integrate refreshFoundationAddresses into event notifications

- Added a cron job to refresh foundation addresses every 5 minutes.
- Updated event model to include the event creator's display name using the new utility function.

* feat: validate Ethereum addresses in parseAddressesFromVariantPayload

- Added validation for Ethereum addresses using EthAddress.validate in the parseAddressesFromVariantPayload function to ensure only valid addresses are processed.
