evverxci: turn off avahi-ui on FreeBSD avahi started failing to build with ``` checking for gtk+-3.0 ... no configure: error: Package requirements ( gtk+-3.0 ) were not met: Package 'gtk+-3.0' not found Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you installed software in a non-standard prefix. ``` because gtk3 is removed along with avahi-app. It was addressed in https://github.com/freebsd/pkg/commit/6c4e197d8 but it can take some time for it to take effect. Until then it can safely be turned off to prevent the CI from failing.
