Fix deprecated version in 6_X (#4619)

While cherry-picking the FOR XML RAW feature from the 5_X branch to the 6_X branch, the deprecated version constants for the following functions were not updated to reflect the 6_X branch versioning:

tsql_select_for_xml_agg
tsql_select_for_xml_text_agg
tsql_query_to_xml_sfunc
These functions still reference deprecated_in_5_6_0 instead of deprecated_in_6_1_0. This PR fixes that by updating the version suffix to the correct 6_1_0.
