Code is now compatible with the new tigerdata.project.create service (#2443)

Updated the code to recognize the response from the new Java based
`tigerdata.project.create` plugin that will be introduced in
[v0.0.4](https://github.com/PrincetonUniversity/td-mf-java-plugin/releases/tag/v0.0.4).
If the response is coming from the new plugin fetch the values from the
nodes (`id` and `lineage`). If the response comes from the old version
it works just as it did before.

No changes were needed to handle the new `tigerdata.project.user.add`
because we don't inspect the result nodes and error responses from
Mediaflux did not change. But because the new
`tigerdata.project.user.add` is more strict and does NOT allow the data
sponsor/manager to be added as manager I tweaked the tests to test this
condition explicitly.

Once the plugin has been rolled out to all our environments (local
Docker, CI, QA, Staging, and Production) we can remove the code that
handles the old response but with this PR we should be able to update
tigerdata-config to have the new code and start testing it.

Ref #2402 (does not close the ticket until we have pushed all the way to
production)
