feat: Add disconnect wallet button and LNbits internal payment patch

Add "Disconnect Wallet" button to Lightning tab in all 3 UI clients
(react-wallet, chrome-extension, KeymasterUI) so users can remove
stale credentials and reconnect to a new LNbits instance. Also handle
wallet errors (e.g. "Wallet not found") gracefully by showing the
error with the disconnect option instead of just a toast.

Apply LNbits PR #3817 patch via entrypoint to fix internal payment
balance zeroing with CLNRestWallet backend. Add MIN_CAPACITY_SAT
env var to CLN compose config.
