Issue/quoteblock over sanitization (#23)

* Scope quoteblock-over-sanitization to ready, add container model draft

Quoteblock issue scoped to removing QuoteBlock from link sanitization
chains. Container element model tracked as separate draft issue for
the broader AST redesign.

* Remove QuoteBlock sanitization from link extractors

The > prefix does not interfere with InlineLink, BracketLink, or
BareLink regex patterns. Removing QuoteBlock.sanitize() from their
chains allows links inside blockquotes to be correctly extracted.
Updated document integration test to expect the newly found link.

* Update parser spec and issue for QuoteBlock sanitization removal

Sanitization chain table no longer lists QuoteBlock for link
extractors. Known gaps section replaced with design rationale for
why link extractors do not sanitize QuoteBlock. All acceptance
criteria checked off, issue marked complete.

* Fix stale comments referencing QuoteBlock in link test sections

Updated sanitization chain comment for BareLink tests and the
cross-type quote block test section headers to reflect that link
extractors no longer sanitize QuoteBlock.

* Remove stale line number references from quoteblock issue
