Mulysa mypages (#580)

* Add mysettings and mydetails pages
Add mysettings and mydetails pages so that it is easy to link those pages
as guide to check things. As userdetails and usersettings pages needs userid,
these added pages shows same page body but allways for loggedin user.
Previous urls are usefull for admins
