refactor: Replace `remove_at_FildeshSxpb` with in-place pointer rewiring for dropping empty nest strings

The original code inserted an empty `LITERAL` element into a `NEST` list and then, if it ended up being empty (or single element), invoked `remove_at_FildeshSxpb` to remove or unwrap it. This "after-the-fact" removal has been refactored. The element is now dropped or overwritten directly by rewiring the singly-linked list in the generic `fildesh_sxpb` storage layer, avoiding the higher level remove abstraction to drop temporary/unnecessary nodes. All unit tests successfully verify the new behavior, including multiple strings in nested structures.
