fix: show actionable error hints when git operations fail via DID remote (#169)

When git clone/push fails through git-remote-did, the user only sees
git's opaque error (e.g. 'fatal: repository not found').  Now prints
contextual hints after the failure:

  git-remote-did: operation failed for did:dht:abc123/my-repo
  Please make sure:
    - The repository exists (create it with `gitd init <name>`)
    - The DID is correct and resolvable
    - The daemon is running (`gitd serve`)
