feat(materializer): exclude FK column from FK-filtered view output

The referring field (FK column) has the same value for every record in
a given FK view file, so including it wastes space and bandwidth.
Strip it from the export column list before serializing.

Example: countries/$fk/companies/country/gb.ingr contains
  $ID:string, name:string  (not country:string)

Docs and test updated accordingly.
